ModDesign Studio was established in 2008 by Travis Davidge & has successfully run from my Home Studio here in Lang Lang, Country Victoria.

I operate across Victoria in conjunction with a network of professional & experienced consultants. These include Civil, Structural, & Geotechnical engineers, Landscape consultants, Land surveyors & Building Surveyors, as well as Builders, Plumbers, Electricians & Carpenters.

As both Registered Building Practitioner and Energy Rating Consultant, sustainable design is most naturally a feature in all my projects.
Passive solar principles are part of the initial design stage allowing us to achieve a more comfortable, healthy living environment with reduced energy costs.
